Job Description

    - Deeply understand seasonal F&V movement, trade routes, consumptions & forward markets and risks associated with each- Own the business: manage the P&L, cashflow, develop new business models, understand where opportunities are and create a viable business to service them- Develop deep and long standing relationship with customers - to drive relationships from the strategic to the tactical- Have an in depth knowledge of competition and vendors and ability to influence the market- Build, retain and groom a strong team to deliver across functions- Set goals, define KPIs and ensure team tracks effectively towards goalsRequirements- Prior experience in F&V sales is must- Experience in F&V Sales, Agri business.- Understands the entire value chain of F&V business in India and has network of stakeholders at each step- Large P&L management experience is preferred- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple deliverables simultaneously.- Excellent organizational, communication and time management skills,
