Job Description

We are looking for a visual designer with a deep understanding of visual hierarchy along with information design concepts and apply it to deliverables. Craft interactive user-centric visuals inline with the business/project goal and strike the right balance between business, design and improving the user experience.One of the key aspects of your role focuses on Atomic Design Methodology, translating user needs, business objectives and technology capabilities from concept to delivery, with exceptional attention to detail.Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Seasoned designer working within a robust team environment consisting of UX, product, and developers
  • Experience creating and maintaining design systems using Atomic Design Methodology
  • User testing
  • Combine various colors, shapes and typography fonts to improve user experience
  • Develop prototypes and models to use in various products to maximize aesthetic consistency
  • Brainstorm new ideas, layouts and graphics
  • Present rough drafts to UX, product managers, developers and other key stakeholders to gain approval
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends and industry changes and developments
  • Accepts and provides constructive feedback
Requirements:
  • 1-3yrs work experience as a Visual Designer, UI Designer or similar role
  • Portfolio of related works (e.g. logos, animations, web/mobile/responsive web designs)
  • Hands-on experience with image editing and digital sketching software, like Photoshop, Indesign, Adobe Illustrator, and Sketch (Figma is a plus)
  • Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts and layouts
  • Ability to meet deadlines while working on team projects
  • Attention to visual details
