If you would like some flexibility then please discuss this with the hiring manager.The successful candidate will be responsible for orchestrating the delivery of both Business (HLS & MTP), Regulatory Stress Tests (EBA, PRA and ICAAP), as well as Internal (IST & RST) Stress Test exercises across a number of Businesses and Accountable Executive areas. The role is to work closely with the P&ST FTC Centres of Excellences, as well as Model Owners and SMEs to not only deliver the Business Plans and Stress Tests, but to enhance current processes, ensuring adherence to the control framework at all timesWhat will you be doing Planning and Stress Test BAU processes: Support the end to end P&ST processes, as and when required including: The role will focus on aiding Working Groups, Business Units and Functions successful execution for all P&ST cycles including tracking and status reporting Support WGs, BU and Functions to agree timelines, datasets, analytics/themes, status tracking and deliverables to P&ST FTC / ExCo / Board Delivery of P&ST activities by engaging with a variety of stakeholders across grade and jurisdiction Run weekly Business and Accountable Executive (AE) working groups to ensure contributors understand the requirement and delivery timeframe Capture the end to end process in an executable Runbook format, as well as active performance tracking through the Workflow Tool, as necessary Co-ordinate data collection, validation and analysis, including the review, query and challenge of performance against guidance and targets Lead resources across a number of WGs, ensuring consistency, robust controls and successful delivery Support as required all change that may occur as the BUK operating model develops Co-ordinate the quarterly NTMR submission to the PRA and drive forward improvements in the processWhat we re looking for:Recently Qualified Accountant and / or with a degree from a leading university (2:1 or above) Proven project management skills Prevalent in use of Microsoft Excel and PowerpointSkills that will help you in the role:Big 4/FTSE 100/Management Consultancy background Broad knowledge of all banking products, business flows and technologies Appreciation of current / future changes in the Regulatory environment that are / will impact the bank s planning processes and requirements Good understanding and experience of regulatory capital and stress testing requirementsWhere will you be working ChennaiBe More at Barclays At Barclays, each day is about being more as a professional, and as a person.
