Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, Job portals, referral programs, etc.
  • Hands-on experience in IT and Non IT hiring.
  • Must meet all recruitment timelines successfully, as assigned. Plan, develop and drive sourcing/recruitment strategies in consultation with the immediate manager.
  • Generate references and maintain good networking with the existing talent pool and constantly work on generating new leads.
  • Conduct pre-screening interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection methods to filter candidates within schedule.
  • Generate and maintain weekly, monthly recruitment reports/dashboards.
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
  • Coordinating interviews with the Business team managers and following up on the interview process status.
  • Maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure staffing goals are achieved.
