Job Description

Way4 & Migration.

  • Migration/Onboarding Team is responsible for the onboarding of new card and loan portfolios onto the WAY4 system.
Generally, our tasks include the following:
  • Requirements gathering for migration projects
  • Application of configuration and business knowledge towards migration solutions
  • Continuous development of standardized migration solution
  • Theory
  • Ideas
  • Software development
  • Processes
  • Documentation
  • Etc
  • Data transformation
  • Data filtering
  • Data usage and lifecycle in WAY4
  • Report creation (for reconciliations, generally from WAY4)
  • Data loading and automation
  • Reconciliation/validation
  • Anonymization of data, both for internal purposes as well as for general onboarding testing
  • Creation of test data
  • Documentation of:
  • legacy and target systems
  • migration solutions
  • requirements solutions etc.
Required Candidate profileExperience 6 8 YrsLocation Chennai/ Bangalore
  • PL/SQL
  • General database knowledge, especially processes and flows
  • E.g. loading, staging, etc.
  • Understanding of ETL processes helpful
  • Oracle knowledge
  • XML
