Should have good knowledge on SCOM and SCCM. Should able to address and troubleshoot all Server related alerts. Should have knowledge of Scripting (PowerShell). Worked on BMC Remedy and BMC Client management. Experience in Azure. Knowledge on Terraform Provide FastTrack support to appropriate users. Address Critical issues and bridge call. Ready to work in 24/7 shift. Strong experience on ITIL Process. Good Communication. Create run books as needed for supported environment.
