Exposure to Capital Markets Functional knowledge Good communicator, fast learner & a Team player Attention to detail, disciplined and reliableProactive, confident and High motivation levelsResponsibilitiesDirect ResponsibilitiesThe ITX Developer will have following responsibilities: The developer should be able to- Develop systems, maps, type trees using ITX as per the specifications- Follow development guide lines and standards - Plan and review his/her set of tasks in effective way in case information or details are missing from a specification document for a particular requirement- Understand quickly the existing ITX source code and Architecture components for maintenance and updatePerform detailed technical analysis with impacts (technical/functionally) Develop, test and provide support for Integration tests and User Acceptance TestsBug fixingUnderstanding of stored proceduresMentor and carry out code reviews for junior membersContributing ResponsibilitiesTechnical & Behavioral CompetenciesExperience: 3 to 5 years Qualifications:Graduate in any discipline (Computer Science preferred) with a good background of software development with a minimum IT experience of 3+ yearsDomain / Technical :Knowledge and/or experience of the financial services industry will be a plusGood understanding of software development life cycle and Agile/iterative methodologyPrior experience in application maintenance projects using ITX technologies or JAVATechnical competency in the following:- Good understanding of Oops and RDBMS concepts- Proficiency in at least one database (Oracle, Sybase); - Eclipse IDEExcellent skills in IBM TX 9.x. Knowledge required includes- Complex typetree design (swift MT messages, custom client format for instance),- Error/reject management experience through Typetree (restart attribute, onerror() function)- Functional map- MQ, Sybase, Oracle, ODBC, file, sink, echo adapter- run() functions experience- Different map transaction scope level understandingAbility to perform technical analysis, design and identify impacts (functional/technical)Others
