Job Description

• Working alongside our clients hiring managers, you will conduct the detailed job launch for all positions and ensure roles are advertised internally, on external careers sites, and accessible to employee referral programs.
• Undertaking screening of CVs and coordinate interview scheduling and feedback.
• Responding promptly and efficiently to the demands of volume recruitment, aligned with our Sourcing Centre of Excellence requirements.
• Playing the role of a key partner in ensuring recruitment needs are met, sharing critical information with hiring managers, and keeping them regularly informed on progress.
• Accurate reporting with up-to-date data and insights while adhering to relevant KPIs.
• Ensuring a positive candidate experience by keeping candidates informed of their application status throughout the hiring process.
