What Youll DoYou will build a deep understanding of our colleagues developmental needs by conducting comprehensive needs analyses.In this role, you will surface key insights around how they work and operate in the day-to-day, the mindsets/skills/knowledge required and common pitfalls. You will develop a global learning strategy and plan, leveraging existing learning journeys for PD (already developed by the function). You will syndicate it with leaders across Learning and PD functions. You will own the learning strategy including regular strategy reviews to derive regional strategies as well as drive global execution.You will create a holistic learning curriculum for PD and thereby leverage existing, as well as create new, firm learning solutions. This may include blended learning, interactive instructor-led classroom learning, digital learning, online performance support and workplace-based learning and apprenticeship. You will steer and support efficient and innovative program designs, teaming with design and delivery centers of excellence and external vendors to bring in the best pedagogy and curated content. You will craft and lead the change management required for effective implementation. You will work with content owners in firm learning to curate content, core frameworks, concepts and ideas for common curriculum. You will build expertise in multiple attributes of personal and professional development. You will also work with external vendors to identify content for technical skills development as appropriate.You will orchestrate the development and delivery of PD specific learning solutions including ownership of content, faculty assignment and delivery planning. This will include drafting annual learning calendars for PD, syndicating it with key stakeholders and executing against it. You will provide end-to-end ownership of PD learning offerings. You will set the priorities to ensure seamless program delivery. You will act as lead content owner for the programs and manage continuous improvement program design.You will set and maintain a high bar on quality standards and make sure that adult learning principles and the latest learning science is applied. You will bring in the appropriate subject matter experts, communicate regularly with stakeholders, forecast demand, lead the marketing strategy and help recruit and prepare faculty. You will assess overall impact of the learning agenda, including surveys/data collected at programs and post-program interviews. You will manage the programs to ensure quality of experience, transference of learning and behavior change, post-program learning reinforcement, faculty performance and health, program enrollment/utilization and efficiency.You will also foster professional development and growth for yourself and others (e.g., coaching and mentoring, expanding our firm learning knowledge, and contributing to internal and external reach and relevance).,
