Design, build and maintain well designed, reusable, testable, code efficient and responsiveness to applications to ensure better performance.Key responsibilities:Acquire and organize basic source material for transformation and synthesis into the creation ofcustomer- facing documentation that meets a high standard for accuracy and readability.Work to create and deliver content and videos to coincide with product releases.Work with technical writing staff to ensure coverage of several kinds of product releases.Continually seek to improve existing processes and content.Maintain a high level of knowledge in the field of information experience.Achieve a high degree of product knowledge to produce quality materials.Seek to provide innovation for the packaging and delivery of content and videos.Follow corporate style guides to ensure a consistent look and feel for deliverables.The kind of people we look for:5 to 9 years of hands- on experienceMust be able to develop software using Java.Should have good exposure to Web Services (REST/ SOAP).Must be able to write JUnits to test code modules.Must be exposed to building code and implementationsShould be aware of security concepts like OAUTH2 etcAbility to manage situations with tight deadlines and deliver as per expectations.Skills and Expertise:Write technically accurate, concise, and easy- to- understand content.Good understanding of SDLC processWork with SMEs to understand the modules and develop the content with a quick turnaround time.Sprint with Dev, QA, BA, and other teamsProduce various documents such as user guides, release notes, admin guides, and on boarding walkthroughsManage multiple projects and meet documentation deliverable deadlinesSeamlessly work independently or as a part of the team.Basic understanding of JiraGood understanding of MSTPCreate videos using tools such as Camtasia or CaptivateSpearhead documentation efforts by coming with innovative ideasNice to have Skills:Hands- on experience in writing API guides using Swagger.Provide inputs to UI/ UX team.Good understanding of authoring tools such as Confluence, RoboHelp, and/ or Madcap Flare.Experience in writing for SaaS products.About Gaian Solutions:Gaian Solutions is a 13- year- old product organization and a leading edge provider of products and solutions to the media and entertainment industry.Headquarters: San Francisco/ Silicon Valley, USARD development centers: India and ChinaGaian s products and solutions are deployed across the globe US, APAC, Mexico, Maldives, India.
