Job DescriptionEducation and Work Experience Requirements:* Worked in Steering/Power train/Brakes/Transmission domain.* Strong development experience in embedded C and Device Drivers.* Strong development experience in CAN/Flexray,UDS/ KWP,SPI communication protocols* Strong debugging analytical thinking skills* Worked with AUTOSAR / HIS standards,ISO14229,ISO TP Layers* Strong knowledge in tools like CANalyser/CANoe,INCA/CANape, CANDiva,CANstress,CANDELA studio,Lauterbach* Knowledge requirements management tools - DOORS* Knowledge in UML based tools like Enterprise Architect/starUML* Worked with Configuration management tools like Clearcase/SVN/VSS* Worked with Change management tools like ClearQuest* Worked with code generation tools like Vector Geny/Mentor Graphics* Awareness in File formats like a2l, Make,odx,cdd,hex/s-record etc* Worked with scripting languages like CAPL, Make,Python,Perl* Knowledge / experience with Quality process & Safety-standards such as ASPICE/CMMI, ISO 26262* Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills* Willingness to provide hands on guidance to the project team* Awareness in functional safety methodologies and process.* Certifications like IREB and TOGAF are preferredEssential Duties and Responsibilities:1.To design and write the embedded software as per the requirements of the client2.If the existing system needs to changed, then they are responsible for interpreting the requirements and changes that are needed in the software and develop specifications and do necessary updates in the design.3.To review the implemented system, understand and interpret the error reports from internal staff and external clients and provide instant fixtures for the same4.To maintain and document the software programs and resolutions given for the technical issues and any other relevant data that may be of importance5.To interact effectively with the team members and contribute in increasing their knowledge and understanding their problems6.To work in close association with the clients to understand their needs and to address the issues related to the process7.Competency development for the team and make knowledge base measures in the team,
