NTT is getting into a contract with a Client to manage End to End Health Claims Administration services. Our NTT Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) team has implemented the processes and technologies for our clients to bring about real transformation for customers of all sizes. Our end-to-end administrative services help streamline operations, improve productivity, and strengthen cash flow to help our customers stay competitive and improve member satisfaction.This team is currently seeking a Team Supervisor / Asst. Manager to join our team in Coimbatore.Principal Responsibilities:

  • Provides front-line supervision to an operational, production, sales, service or administrative team of 2 or more employees
  • Supervise a team that is responsible for a high number of transactions or processes. Assigns work to direct reports
  • Recommends and acts on hiring, firing, promotions, and disciplinary actions Supervises team ensuring the highest quality of service is provided to clients
  • Monitors performance of team and reports results and issues to higher-level leadership. Assists team with escalated client or account issues
  • Manages the hiring, staffing, and maintenance of a diverse and effective workforce. Responsible for career development/planning, performance, and pay discussions of team members
  • Interacts with clients and internal departments to resolve issues. Leads staff to complete assignments using established guidelines, policies, and procedures
  • Demonstrates professional courtesy and represents the company in a positive manner in all areas of internal and external communications
  • Responsible for appropriate record-keeping, required reports, and ensuring related administrative functions are correct and maintained
  • Compiles and analyzes data to identify trends for root cause analysis
Qualification & Desired Candidate Profile:
  • 8-10 years of experience in the US Healthcare Claims Adjudication process is a must
  • Minimum 3 years of Team handling experience is mandatory
  • University degree or equivalent that required 3+ years of formal studies
  • Knowledge, understanding, and application of project management principles and methodologies
  • 1+ year(s) of experience using a computer with Windows PC applications that required you to use a keyboard, navigate screens, and learn new software tools.
  • Ability to communicate (oral/written) effectively in English to exchange information with our client.
  • Ability to work scheduled shifts from Monday-Friday 06:00 PM to 04:00 AM and to be flexible to accommodate business requirements
