Job Description

Roles & responsibilites

  • Effective Customer Management through effective maintenance services
  • LPG Installation Maintenance- Scheduling of AMC for contractual and non contractual customers as per company norms
  • Customers complaint Management
  • Co-ordinate with technicians and Customers for Preventive Maintenance, Planning and Execution, Break down Maintenance.
  • Statutory Testings - Bullet Hydro testing, SRV/TRV Testing and Certifications
  • Vendor Identification and development
  • Safety Audit and Safety training
  • Cost management
  • Co-ordinate Technical Aspects / Trials of new Product / Applications / Service Offerings to Customers.
  • Interaction with statutory authorities
  • Root Cause analysis
  • Documentation- Audit report, Training report, AMC & trouble shooting and entries in ERP.
  • Project Management
Key Competencies
  • Good Verbal and written communication skills
  • Innovative thinking
  • Managing people(Technicians)
  • Computer literacy & preferably working experience in SAP also
  • Knowledge of operation and procedure manuals, Technical manuals, Case studies
  • Statutory and safety regulations
