We are looking for experienced SR.B.A professionals who will be with a product line contribution as a business unit & focused on maximizing business value from a product. The ideal candidate will have strong ability to build products from existing ideas, and help to develop new ideas. Job Location - Coimbatore/ Hyderabad / Mysore. Skillsets : * Knowledge of at least one of the following Industries Retail, CPG, Telecom, Auto or Manufacturing. * ECommerce /retail domain knowledge, Presales, Business analysis, PRODUCT ENGINEERING, SOLUTIONS FOR CLIENT NEEDS, MANAGES BUSINESS CONSULTANTS. * Agile - scrum master/ exposure to Agile methodology, working with cross functional teams * Certifications Into Business analysis like CBAP, CSPO etc. would be added advantage. * Requirements Elicitation, Stakeholder management and Competitive Analysis * Wireframe creation and working knowledge on any prototype tool (Balsamiq, InVision App, Justinmind, Figma etc.) * Ecommerce and Retail domain knowledge with microservice based architecture will be added advantage. * Envision towards building a well defined product roadmap. * Ability to understand and work with REST APIs. * Project and portfolio management. *write and prioritize requirements and manage and facilitate the product development lifecycle, from inception to release to review. *Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers. Lead the product strategy through to development and deployment, working with leaders in business from sales, marketing, operations, and development Developing and implementing a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute. Analyzing potential partner relationships for the product. Work with an engineering counterpart to define product release requirements. Work with marketing communications to define the go-to-market strategy, helping them understand the product positioning, key benefits, and target customer Serve as the internal and external advocate for the product offering, occasionally working with the sales channel and key customers. Responsible for researching the market, customer needs and define the product with business requirements. Responsible for discovering products as per the customer needs with current marketing trend. Active management right from the initial stage till the end of product life cycle to deliver high quality product. Work with marketing team to identify the requirements from the sales and create product requirement document. 8 - 11 years of relevant professional experience. Possess product knowledge in retail /Ecommerce domain. Effective oral and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills and presentation skills Organizational skills and the ability to understand detailed information Should possess technical knowledge in ecommerce field Knowledge in current marketing trends Knowledgeable in technology. Computer Science or Engineering degree or work experience a strong plus.
