  1. Strong development experience in embedded C, C++
  2. Knowhow on device drivers will be an added advantage.
  3. Strong development experience in Linux concepts and Linux based application development
  4. Strong debugging & analytical thinking skills
  5. Experience in debugging tool like GDB,KGDB
  6. Knowledge requirements management tools - DOORS
  7. Knowledge in UML based tools like Enterprise Architect
  8. Worked with configuration management tool GIT and kernel Patch deliveries/management
  9. Should be able to solve the technical problems/Queries independently
  10. Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
Desired Skills:
  1. Good experience with BSP (Board support package)
  2. Added advantage - Linux kernel porting and bring up experience
  3. Added advantage - Experience with AUTOSAR
  4. Worked with google test framework for unit testing
  5. Worked with scripting languages like shell, python and Perl
  6. Experience in package managements like RPM
  7. Exposure to Agile Scrum Framework
