Job Description

Desired Candidate Profile:JD for Warehouse & Purchase& Head:Designation: Warehouse Manager (Plant+ Sales)Required Experience: 7 years min, and head level for min 1 year with Cosmetics/Pharma background is preferredIT/Software knowledgeERP like SAP/Navison/JDE, B2C Aggregator software like Shyplite/WareIQ etcQualification:MBA/B tech with relevant field experienceLanguages knownHindi, English, Tamil language proficiency requiredRoles and ResponsibilitiesPlant Warehouse -

• To keep the raw materials, packing materials and general materials stores in neat and clean environment.
• To adhere to GMP practices. Adhere to standard operating procedures.
• To take proper entry and issue of the materials by keeping all the books and records as per the rules, Monthly report of the material stock.
• To supervise dispensing of materials and to provide timely material to the production departments as per the requisitions.
• To ensure that materials which are received in bulk/ liquid form are properly unloaded and preserved.
• To plan procurement of raw materials and packing materials. To make necessary arrangements for its delivery schedule.
• To ensure that quality materials as per our specifications is procured at Competitive rates.
• To develop new supplier for raw material and packing materials in coordination with Corporate Purchase Head.
• In order to have proper control on the inventory level of raw materials and packing materials, planning to be made to procure the same. Also to ensure that inventory level is not increased.
• To prepare GRN (Goods Receipt Note) for the received goods and send it further to the Accounts after Proper approvals.
• To correspond with the Supplier & Follow up for the material based on PO date.
• To prepare and send monthly reports of purchase and Inventory to the GM/ FM/Management.
• He should be able to handle a team of min 15-20 people and having experience of handling the warehouse at Head level position for min 1-2 years.
• Should have handled external and internal IRA (Inventory record accuracy audits) @ Plant or warehouse level

Sales Warehouse

• Responsible for handling B2C and B2B orders for own website and ecomm partners with in aligned TAT and appointment dates
• Handling inbound and customer return processes
• Implement policies , SOPs and training to deliver the metrics of vehicles/courier TAT , Inventory accuracy , space utilization , OTIF , Productivity , Freshness and customer order fulfilment on time
• Timely dispatches of FG to Brands own stores for billing
• Exposure of co-packing operations like Gift boxes/ Customized packs in warehouse with optimal manpower utilization
• Identifying and closing agreement with cost effective Logistics partners /Freight forwarders
• Movement of RPMs and FG from 3P manufacturers to Inhouse plant / 3P manufacturers
• Exposure in setting up new warehouses /warehouse expansion/racking
• Ensure timely write off and destruction of SLOB
• Ensure all the consumables required to packing operations are ordered by warehouse team on time and no misses in serviceability of Orders
• Exposure in roll out of WMS/TMS and other warehousing modules in ERP is preferred
• Ensure bin card/Inv management systems are rolled out in both RPM and FG warehouse
• Share and roll out cost effective solutions to reduce warehousing cost every year
• Should have exposure in handling export/import shipments
