Job Description

Mandatory Skills:SAP BASIS Administration.Should be very strong on the technical areas.Should have experience is solution and Architecture areas.Should be good in providing various solutions and Architecture to CustomerShould have experience in SPS, EHP, Version and Kernel upgradeShould have experience in ABAP patching and upgrade.Should have experience in DB2/Oracle/ Database administration skills(At least 2 from above is mandatory)Should have worked with Large Global Enterprise. Extensive hands on - SAP ECC, BI, SOLMAN, JAVA systems, Support / Project.Should have self-follow-up on task completion and should be able to attend customer calls independently.Should have experienced in Handling the L3 tickets, should have good skills in troubleshooting.Good knowledge in Solution Manager 7.2 managed system setup, system recommendation, DVM, ChaRM etc.Work experience in Open text Archive server/ICC/VIM is an added advantageShould have hands on experience on system refresh using DB2 backup/restore method and system copiesMust have experience in Redhat Linux, Windows ,AixMust have done DB upgrades, Version and fix pack upgradesShould have hands on experience in Cloud computing / AWS.Should have worked on BW, BWA, BO system.Good knowledge is required on source system connection setup from BW and should have good knowledge in process chain monitoring and troubleshooting.Should have a sound knowledge and hands on AWS cloud / any other cloudShould have good knowledge on InfrastructureShould able to Prepare plan and executes upgrades and should able to handle Infra activitiesShould able to prepare presentations and present to customersShould be good in written and verbal Communications, should able to convince customer with PresentationsShould have good knowledge in BEX, BO (business explorer) installation and setup.Good knowledge in working with sltoolset tools like SPAM, SUM (Software Update Manager), SWPM etc for different implementation scenarios.Should have good knowledge in EP portal administration and monitoring and SSO configuration.Should have good communication skills and capable enough arrange discussion with clients and co-ordinate tasks with different stakeholders.Should be able to take up challenges on his own without any external help, should be able to handle and lead a team with expertise and guidance.Extensive knowledge on the usage of maintenance optimizer/planner,Experience in working with tools like BMC Remedy, ControlM will be an added advantage.Good knowledge in Wily Introscope, Solution Manager Diagnostics is preferable.Should have sound knowledge on Unix level scripts and interfaces Key Skills: Mandatory Skills:SAP BASIS Administration.Should be very strong on the technical areas.Should have experience is solution and Architecture areas.Should be good in providing various solutions and Architecture to CustomerShould have experience in SPS, EHP, Version and Kernel upgradeShould have experience in ABAP patching and upgrade.Should have experience in DB2/Oracle/ Database administration skills(At least 2 from above is mandatory)Should have worked with Large Global Enterprise.
