Job Description

Roles and ResponsibilitiesHi, Warm Greetings!We are looking for Senior Executive- HR Generalist for a Leading Technological Company based at Coimbatore.Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handle end to end employee life cycle for Corporate Office and Agency Division (Sales & Marketing) Recruitment, Confirmation, Annual Increment, Appraisal, Transfer Management, Resource Planning and Exit Management etc.
  • Prepare and update MIS reports, Attrition analysis on a monthly basis and support in business decision and people intervention.
  • Should be well versed in ERP / HRMS systems.
  • Sound knowledge in statutory compliance activities ESI / PF/ Gratuity / F&F, Factories Act, Shops & Establishment Act etc.
  • Should have exposure of setting up of KRA s and drive Performance Management system.
  • Stick on to deadlines and execute HR initiatives as per Management direction appropriately.
  • Exposure to TQM practices and drive TEI activities across divisions.
  • Support Management with weekly / monthly business and MIS reports.
  • Excellent working knowledge in MS Office - Excel and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Identify Training needs as per business requirement and roll out training calendar.
  • Work on Employee Engagement activities as per business requirement.
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Experience in Generalist HR Role
  • MSW / MBA in any Manufacturing company with 5-7 years experience
  • To have a command in HR processes, statutory compliance and Knowledge in ERP / HRMS & TQM activities.
  • Adept in managing VUCA situations
  • Should be a Goal Oriented professional with ability to work with stiff target dates and transform ideas into reality.
