Web/ UI DesignerAbout the role Accugile is looking for a dynamic User Interface/ Web Designer to join our team. You will work for a highly profitable, focused and productive team, turning conceptual designs into stunning, functional layouts. You will collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience. This includes executing all visual design stages from concept to final hand- off. You also will be able to create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas. You will advocate and defend designs and key deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders, as as conduct user research and evaluate user feedback. Skills and Experience 2- 5 years of UI/ UX experience Daily management of visual updates to company websites, company store pages, email marketing campaigns and other digital resources, including coordination of content creation, change requests and various digital campaigns Translate concepts into wireframes and UI mock- ups that lead to intuitive user experiences. Facilitate clients product visions by researching, conceiving, wireframing, sketching, prototyping, and mocking up user experiences for digital products. Maintain brand continuity across all projects and platforms Extensive hands- on experience in HTML, CSS, Javascript, JQuery and other front- end markup languages. Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design and wire- framing tools Develop detailed graphic user interface templates and style guides Practical Experience in creating visually appealing user interface designs, web site designs and converting them to quality HTML including responsive design. Portfolio must exhibit understanding of user experience design principles and knowledge of UI best practices and usability Nice To Have Front- end frameworks such as Bootstrap Admin experience with WordPress and Magento Knowledge of Axure, Exact Target and Sales Force Marketing Cloud Qualities and Characteristics You are a creative thinker, who is passionate about creating hand- crafted, clean responsive web design and layouts. You have mad design skills. You know your way around high- level product requirements and can transform them into an interactive masterpiece. Organized, with excellent communication skills Working well with others in a team environment Must be able to handle tight deadlines and manage multiple projects at any given time.
