Job Description

Work as a contributing member in the customer engagement team and provide technical assistance in strongly positioning ITPL services to help win the business.Understand client business, the technical requirements. This Specialist assures a solution s relevance to client s requirements, ensures technical feasibility, drives implementation planning and ensures successful deployment. Play the role of a technology consultant to clients; build and manage trustbased, long-term relationships with customer s organization on all levels. Build case studies of customer success stories, possess a good understanding of industry trends and be able to contribute/share relevant information among peers. Providing daily/weekly project updates to clients. Play a key role between client and development team. Candidate Profile: Qualification: UG, B.Tech, BE-computers, Electronics/Telecommunication, B.Sc-computers, electronics, BCA, PG- IT, Systems, PG diploma-computers/electronicsGood Communication Skills & Time Management Should be able to handle stressful situations and deadline pressures well Should have good understanding of handling at least 6-8 projects simultaneously. Possess excellent written/verbal communications skills Excellent presentation skills with ability to lead & manage discussions Be a self-driven individual with the go-getter attitude Be well-organized and to able to work with a sense of urgency Key Responsibilities Good understanding and application knowledge of:o Operating Systems and architectureso Business tools and applicationso Possesses significant knowledge of client/server and internet systems architectures.o Understands browser/ client specific compatibility issues. Good knowledge and understanding of systems management tools. Must have high initiative, leadership qualities, good Interpersonal skills and problem solving abilities. Strong people-networking, communicating, persuading and influencing skills Fast, self-learner who is abreast on the latest in technology, competition and the industry landscape. Experience of working in an IT company or a Website solutions company will be preferred.,
