Job Description

Admin is person who will be connected to the staff and sought out their problems and provide the proper solution.

Having appropriate knowledge about the how to functioning the department and what are the things that we can improve.
Who managed the Staffing requirement to the respective center as per the patients scheduling.
Smooth functioning of daily activity. Managed phone call and email communication
Handling laizening activity.
Handling the staff accommodation facility and rent agreement to the agent
Disbursements of responsibility to the staff and follow up before the deadlines.
Scheduling staff duty.
Explain the new policy develop in the organization and update on notice board accordingly.
Coordinated with the doctors and Technician on timely.
10. Make sure that center is working smoothly
Coordinated with the Delhi Government Hospital, Nodel Officer.
