Job Description

    Job Responsibilities
    • 3 or more years of Prior experience with Agiloft Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) specifically and should have experience in Agiloft development/ configurations.
    • Agiloft certification preferred
    • Implementation experience with systems like Salesforce, MS Dynamics; CLM and CLM-adjacent products related to Sourcing, Procurement, Matter Management, CPQ.
    • Advanced experience with Excel or other data wrangling tools like Alteryx, and visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau
    • Experience with scripting, coding, and/or API integrations
    • Combining creative thinking, methodical requirements analysis, and a relentless drive to break complex problems into elegant solutions.
    • Prior experience as a Solution Architect to design and configure systems that are laser-focused on optimizing and streamlining our customers business processes.
    Agiloft CLM Experience or Agiloft certification is also preferred for the jobWhat You Will Do
    • Lead Agiloft implementation efforts on large-scale, multi-dimensional projects
    • Lead effective design sessions to capture and document customer requirements
    • Work as part of a professional services delivery team to design and configure robust, scalable, and maintainable Agiloft systems
    • Be the Agiloft configuration expert who can not only configure the software themselves but also write detailed specifications for configuration by junior implementers
    • Oversee and provide constructive feedback for junior implementers
    • Anticipate and address scope creep and change order requests in partnership with project managers
    • Handle customer interactions and initial escalation calls with a solutions-focused approach
    • Deliver excellent documentation and training in service of a comprehensive solution delivery
    • Provide feedback to product and engineering teams to continually improve our product
    • Contribute to internal projects that continuously improve our overall implementation process and our customers success.
    What you Bring
    • Technical background preferably with a 4-year college degree
    • 4-8 years working as an Agiloft implementer with experience leading large enterprise projects
    • Strong analytical skills, creativity, familiarity with web-based SaaS technologies and database concepts, and a growth mindset
    • Ability to manage timelines, business requirements, and customer expectations on complex projects
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, technical, and writing skills
    • Effective mentorship skills to provide guidance and feedback for junior implementers
    • A desire to go beyond the job description to impact the success of an exciting growth stage company
