Job Description

    Key Responsibilities : - Plan, develop and implement strategy for HR management and development for federation office and member states (including but not restricted to recruitment and selection policy/practices, pay and conditions, contracts, training and development, performance appraisal and quality management issues)- Work to ensure compliance with the policies, objectives, standards, and requirements communicated- Recruit new people required by preparing job descriptions and job advertisements- Implement a recruitment strategy for hiring including hiring drives and shortlisting- Propose, publish and administer HR policies and design HR forms- Plan for employees performance appraisal, promotion and benefits- Maintain HR records and files including by managing the HR database- Maintain attendance and leave record system- Listen to grievances and implement disciplinary procedures- Perform any other duties assigned Qualifications : - Minimum Bachelors/Masters degree in HR, Management, Psychology or any other related field- Excellent working knowledge of HR policies and processes- Experience in setting up systems - Proven excellent written and verbal communication skills- Willingness and ability to multitask when needed Experience : - Minimum experience of two years as HR Generalist Skills & Competencies Required : - Ability to meet deadlines and work on a range of tasks in a diverse team- Strong people management skills- Ability to support teams and partners especially to troubleshoot or offer guidance, as appropriateThis job opening was posted long time back.
