Job Profile: The incumbent shall be mainly responsible for management of the business operations and business - growth of Retail Offices within the Area , establish new offices , besides managing the existing offices and ensuring excellent customer service.Performance oriented business manager with strong leadership and managerial qualities. This is senior management position and high degree of operational efficiency , integrity and professionalism should be called for in the discharge of the responsibilities. Management graduate or a Chartered Accountant in the age group of 28 - 35 years , with at least 4 - 5 years of experience of independently handling a profit center , preferably in the financial services industry.,
