Job Description

We are currently looking for Manager Design -Textile for one of the leading Retail brand based out of New Delhi. Experience: 7-12 YearsEducation: NIFT/PEAR/NID Passouts only (Batch 2010 to 2012)CTC: Upto 14 LPA (5% variable included)Core Responsibilities

  • Identifying new trends in terms of silhouettes, looks, treatments and interpreting them into commercially viable products that are in synch with the brand , and creating collections with a close to season approach
  • Regular exploration of trends in western wear and Indian markets
  • Range development based on a close to season model
  • Using & Sourcing appropriate fabrics & trims that meet the timelines of this model
  • Strong understanding of pattern making and value addition techniques to crack trends.
  • Understanding of Fashion Styling
  • Inter and Intra department co-ordination to ensure timely deliverables
  • Delivering range within the Trend studio timelines
  • To achieve maximum hit rate and sell through
Knowledge and skill set
  • Team player with great time management and interpersonal skills, high energy and speed of delivery
  • Creative, flexible & result oriented.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop & Adobe illustrator
