Job Description

    Roles and Responsibilities
    • Build and manage relationships with strategic clients across the country
    • Drive conversations and provide optimization recommendations to meet client objectives
    • Deliver optimization techniques to pitch homegrown development program for your clients, improve performance, drive incremental revenue, while scaling the overall business
    • Frequently and concisely share the progress of internal and external initiatives, including the business impact and recommended next steps
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to build a consistent customer experience, identify opportunities to improve products/features and deliver results
    • Drive revenue by successfully upselling & cross-selling
    • Develop and execute a strategic plan to build the sales pipeline based on quarterly sales goals

    • Minimum 10 years in B2B sales and people management experience
    • Demonstrated experience in managing and customizing recommendations to a large customer base
    • Minimum 2-3 years of sales and business development experience in EdTech
    • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue by successfully upselling & cross-selling
    • Ability to assess business opportunities and use data to inform recommendations
    • Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines
    • Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills at all levels; a positive client-facing attitude
    • Demonstrated self-starter who thrives in a team environment
