Identify, develop and implement Skill road map - AS. Lead Skill Competitions across AFS Identify, develop and implement programs related to Future Skills & Technologies aligning with business needs Partner with external Skill Development Agencies / Skill Development Bodies like NSDC, ASDC, SSC, CII, IIW Support line functions to develop, upgrade, sustain Dexterity Training Centres at AS Support employee engagement initiatives for smooth operations and enhance effectiveness Jagruti, Jigyasa, i4 Ensure Flexible Manpower Trainings as per the process Ensure and enhance participation in External Skill Competition -National & International events Suppport Skill Development initiative under CSR ITI Adopted by M&M Bridge Skill Gap by identifying skill training needs and support implementation for shop floor, ASPreferred IndustriesAuto / Auto EquipmenEducation QualificationDegree in Production / Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics with a post graduate qualification in HR/ IRGeneral Experience3 to 5 yrsCritical ExperienceCompetencies:1. Business Processes Understanding wr.t functional requirement & skill development 2. HR Theories of motivation and Learning and its application in Training & Development 3. Technical Training Course design and implementation for bridging skill gaps 4. Understanding of future skill requirement & develop Centre of Excellence- Robotics, Mechatronics 5.
