Quality Assurance Key Functions: To resolve the process and technical related issues from quality perspectives. Suggesting corrective action plans to eliminate non conformities. Lab exposure and ensuring in time calibration of various tools, gadgets, instrument, and equipments. Suggesting Disposal of nonmoving material in process. Process audit and Quality Procedures/SOP: Implement the SOPs designed by the Company in QA processes. Resolving the issues at the point of interpretation to maintain the standard. Establish and maintained necessary communication strategy for the improvement. Quality Management System (ISO) : To follow the Quality Management System (ISO) in the departmental processes. Conducting QA audit of vendors/ Suppliers on regular basis. Ensure sustenance of the system through implementing the systems as per departmental quality. Clear the NCs in line with the guidelines provided by the standards in consultation with head of department. Customer Complaints Handling : Understanding the customers expectations and strategically thinking the implementation thereof. To analyze the customer complaints and address the same keeping quality standards in mind. To initiate the corrective actions immediately to set the product right. To chalk out & implement the plan for preventing the defects in the products and ensuring the right product is dispatched to the customers. Carrying out the customer feedback / survey to improve the processes and exceeding the customers satisfaction. Liasoning : Liaise with customers and suppliers where necessary (where impacting / affected by quality issues). Co-ordinate technical liaison to inform customers of new types, specifications and end uses of products. Training & Development: Training of subordinates & other employees across the factory towards the improvement through conducting training in- -MSA and SPC , Mistake proofing . - Process Capability (Cp, CPk and Standard Deviation) - 7 QC Tools for problem solving - Housekeeping Improvement tools 5S - Kaizen Identifying training needs of departmental employees Evaluation of training imparted. Other Responsibilities : Manpower to plan and produce the goods of requisites quality parameters within available time frame and at optimum level. Preparation of annual budget as regards to Quality Assurance and monitoring the expenses are under budgetary provision. To undertake any other job / assignment given by management from time to time.Required Candidate profileThe Candidate: The incumbent will ideally possess the following: Skills: MSA, SPC , QC . Thorough knowledge on QMS - ISO 9001 Experience as MR for QMS Customer care Experience Excellent communication skills Facing customer audits / QMS audit Special processes and process validations Independent handling of the above,
