Job Description

Responsibilities & Key DeliverablesA. POSITION TITLE : AM STORES B. POSITION BAND : L8OC. DEPARTMENT : Store D. ROLE : R&D store incharge & Coordinator for project part from 3PL & plants E. RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES Coordination with 3PL & plants for material supply as per R&D requirement. Coordination with designer for compilation of project requirement Coordination for Loading, Unloading, Transportation of Project material from plants & 3PL to R&D Coordination with Quality for timely clearance of project parts. Inventory control system. Fixation & monitoring of max level, Adherence to Perpetual inventory plan. Component location in store, SAP along with assistant code. Monitoring receipt, issuance. Daily audit on receipt Non/ Slow moving item identification & Coordination for designer for disposal. Upkeep & maintenance of material handling equipment, JH of material handling equipment. * Coordinating for material issuance from stores to production with inventory control. * Scrap Yard handling by storage & disposal of scrap as per company policy * Adherence to legal compliance of scrap disposal. * FIFO & part rejection monitoring. * Improvement in Plant Safety through safety culture development Improvement in Storage system with modern storage technique F. KEY RESULT AREAS Process establishment for store as per TPM / 5S / ISO Zero inventory variance in store. 100% achieving the supply target by coordinating 3PL& Plants for material supply as per plan 100% achieving the project timeline by coordination and timely issuance material. FIFO in shelf life parts. Analysis perpetual inventory variation in store. Achieving target of Quality circle, Kaizen & New ProjectsG. RELATIONSHIPS REPORTS TO : Sr. Manager Store INTERNAL : All Departments H. SKILLS /PERSONAL SPECS. SAP working knowledge , Computer Skills , Analyzing skills, Problem solving skill I.
