- 3 - 5 years of experience in business development- In-depth knowledge of markets, education industry, competitive environment and buying behaviours of target segment- Experience working in the education sector and is well-versed with behaviour of channels such as MTAP, TILs, TACs, Alliance Partners and colleges- Awareness of basic functionalities of the product offerings and ability to clearly communicate the needed information to partners and the target segment- Understands the partner ecosystem and has the capability to strategize and execute business plans successfully- Strong business acumen, ability to run business operations seamlessly and is able to add value to partners business- Ability to effectively operate tools in MS Office- Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsWhat will you be doing - Represent the Tally product wrt Certification offerings in internal and external forums, workshops, seminars and events with complete understanding of the upcoming trends in the education and certification business domain- Identification of strategic alliances through universities and college tie-ups- Create robust strategies to drive consistent growth through channel management- Identify and influence new potential channels which could have sustained organizational impact- Build and execute the event strategy, ensuring alignment with the organizational strategy- Own end-to-end planning and execution of multiformat events for diverse set of audiences- Create analytical and insightful reports for HO to gauge the current market,
