Job Description

  • The Associate Producer supports the Brand Manager and the Producer in the creation and execution of all clip-based and non-clip-based formats, which includes live programming, original sketches, and all franchise formats for the brand.
  • The Associate Producer handles creative clip curation for brand platforms and interfaces with the clip acquisition team to communicate the best kinds of clips to acquire for the brand.
  • The Associate Producer also executes the vision of the Brand Manager for all branded content and formats.
  • This position is based in and reports to our New Delhi, India Office

Responsibilities

  • Support the Brand Manager and Producer of each brand in the creation of franchise
  • formats, including originally filmed productions as well as clip-based formats
  • Sourcing and approving clips from Acquisitions to curate the best content for the brand
  • Being responsive to the Brand Manager and Producer feedback on clip selection and
  • creative execution of all videos
  • Being responsive to the data analytics after compilations go live to make
  • better clip choice and edit choices
  • Responsible for writing and coming up with copy for memes and social video posts
  • Helps organize original shoots, handle paperwork, and releases when needed
  • Can / will serve as on-camera talent when applicable.
  • Working with the Brand Managers, Producers, and Development Team to create new formats based on data from the Content Strategist on a monthly basis

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience as an Associate Producer and/or Assistant Director
  • Mastery of the English language and a familiarity of English used in U.S. social media.
  • Experience with editorial and content curation
  • Deep understanding of digital video trends, analytics and publishing standards
  • Strong writing skills in social media and short form formats
  • Passion for storytelling in an unscripted, daily publishing environment
  • Personality profile to fit into a high-growth, entrepreneurial culture that requires
  • teamwork and significant interaction with employees at all levels.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile growth environment where you will get your hands into the details.
  • Well-developed Microsoft Office, Jira, scheduling, and Google suite skills
