Position Summary (Comprehensive summary of what the job exists to accomplish) Handle a team of Relationship Managers. Recruiting the team of Relationship Managers and building the team Responsible for the productivity of Relationship managers, handhold the relationship managers in the early stages Responsible for the confirmation norms of the team Execution of sales strategy with FOS.
