Job Summary:Responsible for market and customer penetration that leads to sales growth within our Consulting, learning and research vertical. Responsible for creating, coordinating and implementing specific sales and marketing strategies to grow the business profitably.Essential Job Functions:1. Business Development Proven strong track record of results. Ability to quickly build and grow profitable business. Results oriented. Experience designing and implementing organizational solutions. Proven, credible strong ability in understanding and meeting customer needs. Proven ability to develop and close business. Proven ability to network. Substantial experience in consultative solution selling to mid and large-sized organizations, Experience working with/presenting to top executives. Superb communication and delivery skills.2. Working with People Sharing understanding of client organization s business problems with team mates with a view to create solutions. Maintains direction and momentum by foreseeing needs and meeting them, and identifying obstacles and removing them.Requirements: Five plus years of proven business development experience, preferably in consulting, training and research industry. Significant knowledge working within learning & development, consulting and research industry. Proven track record of building and developing significant account revenue preferably from mid to large scale organizations. Experience building pipelines, forecasting, account management, budgeting, account strategies, etc. Undergraduate degree required, MBA preferred. Willingness to travel frequently.,
