Job Description

    Minimum 10+ years of experience in Business unit Head - B2C SalesThe person in this role to Head B2C BU. He/ She will be responsible for orchestrating growth and driving profitability for the BU. He/ She will work with marketing, product, service delivery, operations, finance, and other stakeholders to create a high-quality experience for customers.Experience in handling P&L responsibilityDeliverables:Customer growth, revenue, and profitability targets. Launch of new services and new geographies. High customer satisfaction levels by ensuring excellence in overall operational and digital platform experience Increase lifetime value (LTV) of customers through higher re-engagementsStrategic: Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for on-demand services Collaborate with sales, marketing teams to determine competitive pricing & promotional activities of a product/ service category Conceptualise the platform UI/ UX features & functionalities to ensure end-to-end digital service delivery Prioritise platform features and updates and drive adherence to product release deadlines Evaluate innovative ideas and run pilots on themOperations: Coordinate with delivery, operations, procurement, and other stakeholders to ensure elevated levels of customer satisfaction Identify potential operational bottlenecks and develop action plans for mitigation Monitor operational readiness for timely launch in new geographies Monitor timely onboarding and training of service partners in soft and technical skillsCustomer Identify and implement desirable elements (process or technology) that will enhance customers experience with company Ensure timely resolution of customer grievances by the customer success teamBrand Management: Institutionalize brand identity elements and service delivery norms and processes for the category Institutionalize digital adoption/ automation of processes for the category
