Efficient coordination with CSO/Terminals/Surveyors/CFS/Warehouse operator/trucking vendors/customs/transporters etc. Continuously reviewing the existing SCM process and implement best practices. Periodic customer IOP review and amendment/alignment as required. Co-ordinating empty placements for export stuffing with our trucking vendor, also follow up with the CSO for the DO and allotments with the respective depots. Constant review of the exiting set of SCM processes and drive cost reduction for the warehouse operations. Understand commercial side of the biz and setting up realistic expectations with CSO. Periodic vendor management reviews, reiterating focus on adhering to the scope of work. Ensuring the set IOP/SOP are followed by the custodian and surveyors diligently. Manage empty placements for different liners. Active co-ordination with DAMCO FFW teams for over-dimensional cargo. Ensuring the stuffing and the gate-in timelines are adhered to. Zero shutouts due to operations constraints. Continuously seek for opportunities improve current set of processes. Maintaining DSR on daily basis to the Line Manager. Periodic stock inventory to be carried out. Maintaining different reports that are required basis customers requirement. Smooth implementation of new customers at sites. Making sure all required surveyor reports are up to date. All VGM and Odex requirements are adhered to.Show More We are looking forGraduate with Fluent English and assertive communication. 2 to 3 years of experience in export consolidation at the warehouse, preferably in the buyer s console model. Good analytical skills and a strong sense of urgency. Result oriented and with an ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Good knowledge of excel and PowerPoint. Good communication skills. Should be detailed oriented.,
