Job Description Team Member Transaction Advisory Functional Domain Insolvency & Bankruptcy Advisory Services We currently are seeking qualified candidates in the Insolvency & Bankruptcy advisory services. For the right individual, this provides an excellent opportunity to work in a growing and dynamic firm and develop knowledge of the IBC Code 2016, banking and recovery framework, working in a high growth environment. Technical skills requirements - In depth knowledge of Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code 2016 and various related rules and regulations - Knowledge of banking, stressed assets, resolution mechanisms, recovery strategies etc. - Good working knowledge of SAP, Oracle with a preferable exposure to other customised ERPs. - Effective interpersonal, risk management, facilitation and presentation Skills - Excellent communication skills including speaking and writing effectively in English Experience: - 1-3 years of relevant experience with either mid-or top-tier accounting firm - Working on IBC related matters shall be a definite preference Detailed Profile Description: - Working on Resolution plans of corporate debtors undergoing the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process; - Preparation of Information Memorandums during the Insolvency Resolution Process, - Finalization of liquidation value, Preparation of Asset Memorandums in Liquidation and fulfilling other compliances as per the IB Code, 2016; - Verification of claims submitted by various stakeholders in the light of the relevant laws and regulations, re calculation of their claim amounts and understanding the trail leading to the amount due as on the date of CIRP; - Drafting of petitions and applications to be filed with the various NCLTs, coordinating with the appointed advocates during litigation; - Coordination with Corporate Debtor management and various other stakeholders like forensic auditors, valuers, media agencies etc. - Developing deep and clear understanding of the IB code 2016 & other supportinSalary 3 Lac To 6 Lac P.A.
