We are looking for a Chief Delight Officer, who is the center of universe of our business. As a Chief Delight Officer, you will deliver a high-quality menu and motivate the staff to provide excellent customer service.
Chief Delight Officers responsibilities include maintaining the kitchens revenue, profitability and quality goals. As a Chief Delight Officer, you will ensure efficient kitchen operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
We ll expect the Chief Delight Officer to lead by example and uplift our staff during busy moments in our fast-paced environment. Ultimately, as a Chief Delight Officer, you will ensure that the kitchen runs smoothly and customers have pleasant delivery experiences.
Requirements: Minimum 2 years Supervisory/Managerial experience in QSR industry. Should have worked in delivery business. Knowlege of Profit & loss and food cost calculations.To create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses.
