Job Description

Overall Objective:-- To ensure banks growth in a sustainable way- To ensure the growth of members of the bank to become financially self-reliant- To provide overall strategic and visionary direction i.e. growing and building a healthy organization- To build reputation and prestigeKey performance indicators:Quantitative:- Growth/Increase in balance sheet size (i.e. to drive the growth of the business)- Growth in profit- Control over NPA- Managing optimum Credit/deposit ratio- Build customer satisfaction- Regulatory compliances i.e. dual regulation by RBI and state co-operative department(Registrar of Co-operative Societies)Qualitative:-- Development of talent- Maintain and enhance banks profileResponsibilities:-- Set overall direction for the Bank- Manage alliances/relationship with partners and other SEWA sister organizations- Build a high-performance organisation- Promote a healthy organization environment- Manage stakeholders/shareholdersProfile:-Qualification:-- Should belong to finance background- Qualified Chartered accountant or MBA with Finance- Should have banking experience of 8-10 years in senior position- Averse with usage of technology, speciallyAge:- Between 40 to 50 yearsKind of person:-- Understand development work along with regulatory/financial background- Firm decision maker- Empathetic towards banks customers/members/shareholders/beneficiaries- Understand the cause/objective of the bank- Innovative- Understand the importance of data/research/capacity building of staff and members- Humble - articulative; building relationship with stakeholders- Vision for future - planner- Keep knowledge about macro environment- Broad outlook- Keeping the relationship with outside national and international networks of the sector,
