The RoleWe are looking for a Leadership role in Risk and Fraud to join our growing fin-tech start up. This person will report into the Chief Executive Officer & set the strategy, implementation & operations for risk decisions.What Youll Be Doing - - Set the roadmap for the risk function- Rapidly scale up the function and the team- Lead and manage the Risk and Analytics function for assessing applicants credit risks- Design a comprehensive risk strategy incorporating risk decisioning, data science, business analytics, and product management.- Create automated anomaly detection systems and track their performance.- Perform ad-hoc analysis and prevent results in a clear manner.What You Should Have- Degree or equivalent practical experience.- Prior risk management experience developing multi-year strategy, business plans and roadmaps, building executive relationships and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.- 12- 15 years of experience.- Strong exposure to unsecured supply chain financing (to SME companies ) portfolio would be an advantage- Extensive knowledge and skills in risk assessment analysis, identifying risk, and signs of changing risk levels- Risk & Fraud experience with a Fintech will be a plus,
