Job Description

Your responsibilities

  • Advocate for user-centered design solutions. Understand the different phases of the user research and design process
  • Assist in user research and analysis to discover insights, define user personas, and map user journeys.
  • Under direction, create distinctive, branded digital experiences that are desirable and consistent across multiple platforms, devices and channels
  • Identify usability issues based on heuristic and statistical analyses
  • Develop new product concepts, storyboards, screen flow wireframes and detailed interaction designs, and prototypes at different levels to clearly articulate solutions.
  • Creates compelling visual designs that align to our UI toolkit and product brand standards
  • Conducts concept and usability testing to iteratively validate and improve design solutions
  • Actively collaborates as part of an agile team to ensure designs are feasible and implemented accurately
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience working as a user experience professional
  • Ability to synthesize abstract ideas into tangible solutions for design. Passionate about problem solving through design
  • Experience of planning and conducting user research at various stages of the design process
  • Skilled at creating interaction design solutions for desktop, web and mobile applications
  • Strong visual design skills, able to create compelling, branded, high-fidelity product screens.
  • Ability to use prototyping tools to convey design intent
  • Understanding of how designs translate to code
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities on tight deadlines without compromising quality
  • Combined skills in 2 of 3 of the following: User Research, UX Design, Interaction Design, Visual Design, Product Design, Service Design
