- Owning a city growth with revenue enablement and P&L responsibilities- Custodian for all operational activities covering the supply chain from logistics to last mile delivery- Leading a team of and last mile ops managers and work with regional sourcing managers, factory heads to deliver the best customer experience- Alignment of company goals and metrics to all regional workstreams including revenue, cost, customer experience, people engagement, innovation, hiring and training- Working with the marketing team to drive new customer acquisitions and growth in revenues- Responsible for leading the regions capacity expansion (processing, logistics and last mile)Desired Candidate :- Ardent love for MEAT- Relevant work experience in sales and/or operations with a penchant for leadership, cross functional collaboration, and large-scale people management- A competent decision-maker with the ability to create and execute a strategic plan for a region- Individual willing to roll up their sleeves and get the hands dirty- Postgraduate from a premier institute with proven negotiation and effective communication skills- Identifies, builds, and uses a wide network of contacts with people at all levels, internally and externally - High on ethics and transparency- Self-starter, entrepreneurial attitude with high level of ownership,
