Job Description

    This team builds trust and collaborate with internal partners in Sales, Product, Legal, Compliance, Operations, Technology and Client Service to steer outcomes in line with client s expectation, shape the firm s investment strategies and enhance global operating model to best serve our valued clients.Implementation Managers in the team takes ownership of post mandate client experience starting from solution finalization, through onboarding, testing and production live operation. Implementation managers are expected to balance multiple concurrent client implementations, prioritize tight schedules and lead communications to senior stakeholders while adherence to applicable legal, risk, compliance, and controls frameworks. Implementation Managers are both technologists and Payment product experts specializing in project management, consultation and delivery of wide ranging J.P. Morgan Payments globally. Products could comprise of Digital Channels such as Host-To-Host, API, ISOxml, SWIFT or international and domestic Payments products used in Treasury, Cash Mgt, Trade and eCommerce. Implementation Managers work with client senior stakeholders and their technology teams to integrate JPMorgan Payments technology and payment services with clients internal systems and business processes. Other responsibilities include:
    • Participate in client forums and Sales presentations to lend thought leadership and differentiate JPMorgan implementation and Digital onboarding proposition.
    • Lead client-facing meetings such as workshops to whiteboard solutions, steering committee governance, project and service reviews.

    Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
    • Understanding in payments ecosystem with relevant industry experiences in transaction banking, cash management, corporate finance, consulting, Fintech solutions, eCommerce business or merchant acquiring.
    • Has technical background with hands-on experience in related technology/products such as SAP FI/CO, Oracle, Internet Payment Gateways, SWIFT, SFTP, API, ISOxml, etc.
    • Project Management certification and proven ability to manage complex global projects
    • Minimum a Bachelors degree and at least years of above experience.
