Managing LMM ccm Team. Aftersales Support to all the customers(EV personal & fleet) & LMM products of the Area through Dealers. Escalated Customer Concern Resolution within minimum possible time. Fleet relationship.Strategy for the region for making it EV ready.M&M Service Process implementation in Dealers and Develop sustainable service system for all Vehicles.Infrastructure readiness of dealerships for serviceTo conduct OJTs regarding field failures & their troubleshooting in all dealerships & to nominate for different pieces of training held in the plant for developing Competencies. To Conduct OJTs to external customers ( fleets ) for EV awareness. Improve the EV Technical Competencies.Planning CSI activities for the region.Coordination with Techliner and ME, M&M PVT.Work on dealer business and communication.Meeting & Discussion with DPs & GM Service of respective dealers for getting their support and action for GAP areas.Team review for the regionRelationship with Fleet & Institutional Customers and working as Key Account Manager for their respective area for each customer for an end-to-end solution.
