Primero Skills is hiring a Content Head for its online education portal to be launched shortly. The ideal candidate must have experience in designing training and education content related to financial services and products. An adequate domain knowledge in financial products like banking, insurance ,etc are critical for this job . As a content head the deliverables of the candidate would be introducing online courses in financial services sector, working with separate teams in ideating the product delivery mode through an online platform, coordinate with technical teams in designing the gamification and animation processes and finally introducing the courses with acceptable certification processes.Previous experiences of working with online education portals would be a great advantage though not a necessary one. However the candidate must have a proven experience in training sector in a certified model and should have expertise in how the skill training industry works.Primero Skills is one of Indias foremost vocational skills player in the ecosystem working in sectors of finance, healthcare, hospitality, retail, agriculture and wellness.
