Founded in 2015 by a CII member and serial entrepreneur, our client is democratizing and digitizing the Indian health & fitness ecosystem by offering workouts close to your home, office or your favorite neighborhood. As a Corporate Sales Manager , you will beforging new partnerships and alliances to help scale business. What you will do:

  • Ideating strategic partnerships that result in exponential growth in user acquisition
  • Sourcing strategic partners across geographies and develop strategic partnerships which contribute to the user acquisition targets
  • Managing the entire corporate sales cycle and close large global deals with corporations
  • Managing the commercial relationships with corporations, including the upselling and renewals of subscriptions
  • Developing long-term strategic relations that would benefit the firm s strategic goals of international expansion
  • Coordinating with Product and Technology team for user feedback
  • Coordinating and collaborating with cross-functional teams internally to implement strategic programs
  • Working closely with the Founder and senior stakeholders on achieving business growth targets
  • Negotiating, coordinating and finalising legal agreements with the corporates
  • Nurturing / developing a relationship between the client and the organization for mutual benefit
  • Strategizing, building and executing the offline and online Distribution business.
  • Developing and executing attainable and strategy plans with the market needs.
  • Managing the process of getting onboard as Vendors with corporates.
  • Regularly presenting data and insights with clear points of view both in meetings and via email.
  • Maintaining updates to the clients of the latest developments of their alliance account provides feedback to the partners if needed.
  • Managing end-to-end client relationship including pitching, negotiating, contracting, billing/ invoicing, payment collection, and any troubleshooting
  • Conceptualising and launching the Corporate Programme.
Required Candidate profileWhat you need to have:
  • You possess a degree in economics or physics and have at least 3-5 years of experience within sales, strategic partnerships, business development and/or commercial strategy.
  • You are a result driven individual with an instinct for measuring ROI at each stage and making informed decisions, backed by relevant data.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal skills to develop and nurture client relationships.
  • You are good at building relationships and can forge strong connections at all levels within an organization
  • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
  • You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
  • Proficient in English and communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Should have sound knowledge of PowerPoint and Ms excel
