2- 5 years in Credit Analysis/ Financial Analysis in Banks/ NBFCs. Roles & Responsibilities Analyze the customer financial statements Analyze the bank statements, repayment track record and does all other due diligence for credit appraisal of the customer Searches, scrutinizes the customer repayment behavior using various tools Customer visits, discussions to understand the customer business processes Ensures the compliance of Credit Policy and Processes Ensuring assignment of correct Credit Rating using the Credit Scoring model Credit Appraisal- assessment of credit risk and the exposure on the customer Works closely with Sales and Relationship team for monitoring of the portfolio Ensuring credit exposures are within the limits Keeping abreast of market and remaining updated on policies, compliance, market related issues. CA / CFA / MBA or similar qualification Technical Skills Excellent understanding of the Financial Statements ( Balance, P&L) and ratios Excellent analytical skill Excellent in number crunching Understanding of financial software products/ credit scoring models.
