Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Strategizing the loyalty marketing by expanding the program reach through strategic alliances
  • Analyzing MIS, Developing inferences and insights around customer behavior and profitable growth scenarios
  • Identify the moments in the customers/visitors journey that matter most to new /existing customers and build highly relevant and targeted campaigns to drive customer and program engagement
  • Design and deliver an annual rewards marketing plan ensuring its fit with the redemptions and overall Mall marketing plan
  • Build new marketing + campaign approaches to drive clarity around program benefits
  • Work with brands and marketing team to develop, drive and monitor reward creation and maintenance
  • Manages daily interaction with outside partners for marketing and redemption of offers and special promotions
  • Lead the design and development of new communication strategies to showcase Malls loyalty program & benefits.
  • Market analysis & competitive benchmarking: Strong external focus to understand trends in the market/ other Malls and a continual evaluation of how we are offering compared to the other competitors
  • Identify and mitigate risks and impact in each loyalty /Reward program Budget management for loyalty program
  • Monitor and report loyalty program effectiveness for events, redemption, offerings, campaigns and partner feedback
  • Develop, and oversee the redesigning and launching of the Rewards web site
  • Develop, Implement the design, production and distribution of all Rewards campaign collateral, advertising, point of sale and technical support material
  • Develops recommendations for benefits and establishes procedures for implementation, internal and external communication, and tracking
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (Technical):
  • Financial acumen, P&L management skills
  • Working experience across multiple facets of marketing including brand marketing, loyalty marketing, promotion.
  • Track record in developing and implementing loyalty strategies
  • Good copywriting, proofreading skills and excellent attention to details
  • HTML/CSS skills preferable.
  • Expert user of MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
