Job Description

    WE ARE HIRINGJob profile - Customer Service ExecutivesWe are looking for someone who joins us immediately.Qualification Must have graduateExperience - At least one and half years of working experience With NBFC or Fintech Company, those who knows the basic terms and language used in the finance industry.Location Okhla, DelhiSalary Bracket - 15K to 25K in-handDesired skills -
    • He/she should have clear speaking voice, coupled with a fluency in Hindi and English both, verbally and in writing.
    • Should be able to close a customers query, within a given TAT, by coordinating with the concerned TL.
    • Ability to effectively work with a team.
    • Should listen and pay attention to details.
    • Possess excellent telephone etiquette.
    • Possess a fair knowledge on how to use the computer system and its basic application.
    Roles and Responsibilities
    • Answer phone calls in a more professional manner and provide information about products and services as required by the Customer.
    • Follow up customers and their complaints; ensuring that customers requests are attended to accordingly.
    • Manage a team of customer service representatives in dealing with complaints and inquiries.
    • Be Profound over Emails, and be able to communicate with the customer and close queries .
