1.Knowledge of Digitalisation,Machine learning,Analytical QC Tools, ISO,Kaizens,VSM,QC Story,MFMEA,CBM ,TBM and Root Cause Analysis, 2.Able to read Electronic and Electrical circuits of CNC Machines with good knowledge of Basics of Electrical and Electronic Circuitry. 3.Should have knowledge about all typs of switchgears, Contactor Logic, Star/Delta operations, PLC,Drives,Transformer,Substation,HMI. 4.Electrical Panel Upgradation of CNCs milling machines, mechanical power Presses,EOT cranes to enhance Performance. 5.Should able to measure, monitor, analyis and control of Energy consumptions of plant. 6.100% compliance as per Indian Electricity Act and other Legal Requirements. 7.P.M.Uptime,MTTR and MTBF of CNC Machines,Presses,Cranes,DG Set, Compressor, Forklifts 8.Should be able to take Proactive measures to avoid fire incidence due to electricity. 9.Planning,Controlling and Monitoring spares. 10.TPM and 5S Implementation- P.M.
