Responsibilities & Key DeliverablesShould have good knowledge of Tractor/Tractor Implements systems.Should have good understanding of agri machinery like combine harvester, sprayers, rotavators, planters etc. subsystem & their working.Should have good fundamentals - Strength of materials, Applied mechanics and Finite element methodShould be able to do finite element modelling of Tractor/Tractor Implements / Agri machinery components and Systems. Should be able to assign thickness and material properties to componentsShould be able to build finite element assemblies for structure. Should have good understanding of different types of connections like spot and seam welding.Should be able to apply loads and Boundary conditions required for linear and nonlinear Static analysis. Should be able to carry out Modal, frequency response and transient analysis for vehicle components and systems.Should be able to do Fatigue life estimation for Vehicle structure, Spot and seam weldsAbility to postprocess results, make reports and present results to design team.Should be able to recommend design modifications to meet acceptance criteria based on analysis results, manufacturing and packaging constraints.Should have knowledge of different tests for Tractor and Tractor Implement / agri machinery and test instrumentations.Should be able to co-ordinate with external agencies for load acquisitions for structural analysis.Should be able to correlate CAE results with physical test results.Experience4 Years in CAE of Tractor/Tractor Implement / Agri Machinery - Durability DomainIndustry PreferredQualificationsM.Tech/M.E - Machine Design (Preferred from IIT or other good institute)General Requirements(1) Meshing - Hypermesh (2) Solvers - Nastran/Optistuct (Linear and Non Linear) (3) Post processing - Hyperview (4) FEMFAT,
